Country Style Soup
Finely dice the meat, carrots, potatoes, onions, and celeriac.
Brown the meat in the oil, add the diced vegetables and peas allow it to color.
Stir in the wine then add salt, tomato puree and water.
Bring to boil reduce the heat and simmer until cooked.
Adjust the seasoning. serve with croutons of stale bread fried in butter.
