Housewife Style Spaghetti
Dice the bacon and fry in lard until transparent. add the onions and fry until lightly colored.
Add the veal which has been cut into pea-size pieces, season with salt, cover, and cook until half cooked.
Add the tomatoes, together with the peppers which have been washed, seeded, and cut in rings. mix well cover again and stew until all the ingredients are cooked.
Cook the spaghetti al dente in salted water, rinse in coli water and drain well, transfer to an a fire proof dish cover with the meat sauce.
Sprinkle with parmesan and put in a hot oven for a few minutes serve very hot.
