Method

Step 01

Boil all the ingredients from garlic to salt for approx. 15 minutes till tomatoes are cooked well, cool and train and throw away the pulp.

Step 02

Temper the red chillies, curry patta, mustard, peppercorns and heeng and pour over the strained water and cover immediately with a lid. After 5 minutes stir well

Step 03

Serve hot with boiled rice, daal and vegetables.
